- twice a day
- after long periods of not eating / drinking
- in the morning BEFORE the breakfast
- in the evening just before you go to bed
- If you have 25 Euros, get an electric tooth brush
- No need to buy mouth rinse, if you clean twice a day you should not stink from your mouth (I am ignoring this. I feel just better after using it after I clean my teeth)
The above data has been told to me by my new dentist.
- Don't forget to clean your tongue

Many food types will have a temporary effect of softening your teeth. If you use a brush to clean a softened tooth, you will remove a bit of that softened area. Not a lot. It is minuscule. But remove a minuscule part of your tooth for 30 years twice a day and you loose a lot.
