 rcon login <PASSWORD>
 rcon teamstatus

 ...\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops\players\config_mp.cfg
 bind L "rcon teamstatus"
 bind O "exec myFile"

make config_mp.cfg read only or your changes will be lost.
You will not be able to rename your classes, when the file is read-only.
You can rename, but after the next game start the classes have the old names.
This does not effect the class data like guns.

remember:
 /rcon clientkick <ID>
 /rcon banclient <ID>

<ID> is the first column from teamstatus
